Yikes no mate, do not take women to McDonalds. That might please a child or a homeless petson but it is not going to fly with most adults who you want to date.
“Gold diggers” are not interested in young men in their 20s who can afford to take them to an Olive Garden ffs. That's not gold. If you are that worried about it just make sure you either split the bill or take turns paying.
Stick with the facts on specific observable behaviors on what you found unacceptable. Keep it brief. This is not a conversation. This is the boss terminating a poor performing employee. Don't mix friendship with work. This is you livelihood; blood, sweat and tears. You are invested. She is not.
Make it formal and business-like. Give her termination notice in writing (check with an HR knowledgeable person to insure the correctness of the wording/content) to convey the business-like severity, gravity, and finality of the termination.
Don't get sucked in to justifying, arguing and bringing in friendship. Keep it brief. You might even want to have your Head of Office there as well.
I’d be pissed honestly. He’s not a frat boy he’s engaged & has a pregnant fiancée at home. I get that everyone makes rash decisions things they may regret in the future but if u don’t trust him what kind of life could y’all have??

She doesn't see you that way
She saw someone she likes and made out.
Don't think she thought it was a date.
I wouldn't bother pursuing her since she obviously doesn't see you same way you see her.

Secretly putting a “stool softener” in his food will eventually solve the problem!
I’m really at peace with where we are now, and I’m looking forward to both of us going to counseling and now living with each other earnestly.
I really hope it works out, but not being allowed to be an active participant in decisions regarding a marriage usually don't bode well.
I’ve made my bed, as they say.
From the outside looking in, it definitely looks like he's made your bed and told you there's only one set of sheets.
How brain dead do you think teenagers are?
This is unambiguously trash behavior. Hopefully she'll grow up, but he doesn't have to deal with it.
