I actually disagree with your advice here. Its a trap to engage in this behavior by offering “evidence” of fidelity. He's not rational so he will be suspicious of the evidence, and it normalizes his distrust. So is she expected to show her paystub every pay period so that he can keep tabs on her every hour she is out of the house? This will not lead to anything good.
It's not about how he comes off, it's what she'll try to use against him when/if he confronts her or they split.
