I dont think she needs to be mad, but i can see being annoyed. Like i said, could be a tone thing or other factors involved. Nude to tell whos “right” with one sentence.

As for saying the other guy ‘got a lot out of her’. That’s just icky. She’s not a vending machine. She’s not doling out treats. Maybe she didn’t actually want to do those things really but was manipulated or nagged into doing them?
It will be interesting to see what she does with those 3 months.
I would hope she seeks professional help for her insecurities, and in your shoes it would be necessary before any attempt at reconciliation.
As you said, she needs to be able to establish boundaries and enforce them through her own volition. Her just changing jobs is only a temporary solution as there are no guarantees that someone else would never play on her insecurities.
If you do attempt to reconcile, start the relationship at square one. Don't rush into any commitments until she has proven to you that she will ALWAYS be committed and will ALWAYS defend the relationship and you as her partner.
