You have to realize you deserve better. We can’t do it for you. At the point you have to stop being considerate of her wants and needs. Take the card off her contract, change your phone number, and go where you want when you want. She doesn’t run you and she certainly doesn’t run or own the city you all live in. She’s a narcissist and a manipulator. People like that tend to think they can and will break people down to get what they want. You have to grow a backbone and stop taking her shit. Breaking up with you is the best thing she did for you because you don’t have to tolerate her abusive behavior anymore. Please look into seeking therapy because you have to work on your self-esteem and learn to not let people bully you.
You need to ask him ifbhes 100% serious about the housewife thing and see what he says. Tell him you will not be doing that. His reaction will make you think if you should stay together or not.
This sounds exhausting and he sound manipulative. He won't masturbate and he has made this into your responsibility/problem for more than 20 years. Time for him to go back to the Urologist. Unless you heard it from the doctor, I wouldn't be surprised if you find out he made the story up. I'd also suggest that you insist that he go to therapy (alone) but I'm highly doubtful a therapist can treat a 42 yr old man who is this immature. He sounds like he has some real hang-ups.
