As someone who has been on the other side, it sounds like she kept him dangling. She didn’t outright reject him. It was more like a, we’ll see where things go. And that can suck! If she had moved on and made the decision not to be with him, she could have told him, but it sounds like she definitely used him for emotional support at the very least. He definitely sounds like a man scorned, but in this case I think he has the right to at least expect a decision so that he could make his own decision, not let him keep thinking he might have a chance while she’s moved on.

You don't know her situation with her current partner. It could be that they were broken up when she slept with you. She just wanted to sleep with you and once she did she was done. It happens all the time where people will withhold certain things about their life and even outright lie just to get sex. I know you said that there was no emotional connection but is it a possibility that when she misrepresented herself saying she hadn't been with others that you felt you both had a chance to be together again? Then after she ghosted you and you saw she was getting married it hurt you because you realized she just used you for sex and lied to you?
People get used for sex and are regularly told to just go no contact and move on. Since you don't know what happened between your ex and her future husband I think you should just lick your wounds and move on too. Yes she played you but sometimes it's best to just cut contact and let go.
I'm curious, what if your husband was out of the picture? What will you do to your daughter?
Maybe the dad is jealous of the relationship and wants to break them off. Paired with the creepy, totally inappropriate behaviour that's the only explanation in my mind why he would want to make the girlfriend mad that often…. This is just really weird
