I 39 f found out about my hubby 41m secret female friend 20f
39f found out that my 41m spouse has a “secret friend”
He's saying that it's okay not to tell me that he has a female coworker as a friend?
My husband(41m) has one, as I(39f) just found out. They go to lunch daily and kick it in his car during lunch breaks. I know he brought her shoes and saw a receipt on his email with her name on it to do a pick-up at a mall near his work, but I told myself not to jump to conclusions . We'll say that secret friend has the same name, and I found out he asked for her email at the same time the shoes were purchased. This was in December.
He said that he doesn't need to tell me things like this . But if he can talk to me about what he does with his male coworker ,like we went to lunch or funny stories that happened.
He sees nothing wrong with what he did, and I feel hurt because I feel it's deceitful. I'm trying to come to terms. I feel, or like I know, I'm being cheated on.
He has had emotional affairs before. I'm not sure if any intimate affairs are in the past. Most recently, as of December of last year.
How can I overcome? I'm doubting myself , my boundaries, my sense of morals.
