It's ok to set boundaries. She shouldn't do things that make you feel bad. It's not normal for committed people to spend the night with others. It's not ok for committed people to do date activities with other people.
Tough love is needed here. You have to be totally honest. Talk to her sometime when she is relaxed. Tell her that it’s a problem in many ways. Ask if you can do anything to help.

To be fair, they just kissed. They weren't exclusive, she didn't know how deep his feelings for her were.
