It is very unlikely that she would actually kill herself. People who are really suicidal and people who try to blackmail you with that are very different.
So here is what you do. You get your affairs straight. Get a new appartment where you can move to. Make sure you do not have to stay in contact with her anymore for the bussiness. You then get a new phone with a new number, move out when she is not around and then you are just GONE. you do not look back. If she reaches out via social media or something you block her. She has her life with her problems and they will not be yours anymore. If you feel bad take that energy that you put into her life and put it towards some other altroistic cause where you can help a lot more people.

It's also important to note that the smell of a vagina changes throughout the menstrual cycle and with arousal. Though it might sound weird, it's a good idea to get to know what your normal smell is like by checking regularly. It may also be helpful to include your boyfriend so he can learn what “you” smell like.
Musky is normal, but not all normal is musky. Some vaginas smell more ocean-like or acidic. Metallic smells are common, especially during menstruation.
Based on everything you've said, I don't think an infection is likely. Most of the time, vaginas take care of and clean themselves. Problems usually arise when people disrupt things with soaps (it's best to use only water when cleaning vulvas, in part to avoid getting in the vagina), perfumes, douches, and other such products (all of which should be avoided). In such cases, overgrowths can occur, and these can lead to symptoms including changes in smell. You should get checked by a physician to be safe.
Have you talked with him about what he expected it to smell like? It's a unique smell, and without prior experience to know what to expect I could see it taking someone off-guard. I think he will feel differently about it once it's a familiar scent.

If he sees you as less, dump him. Don't be embarrassed about the size of your home or the awkward talk. Before he meets her, let him know that she's shy and introverted and to expect some possible awkwardness. Tell them that she's not very good at making conversation and it's nothing personal if she doesn't say much. If he's truly interested in you, he's going to be kind and respectful. This is his test, girl. The big moment when the boy meets the momma and just wants to make a good impression.
