If being friends means you should be willing to work for free, then being friends means they should be willing to pay extra. It's all about friends helping friends right? Oh wait, no one is ever willing to pay extra… everyone just wants free.
That's such a good way of seeing things. Many times I try to come up with what I think the other person finds funny based on their type of humor or if I don't know their type of humor, I try to guess what's something generally funny. That's very stressful
There are some things that are simply a matter of compatibility. High sex drive and love sex drive are not compatible. It seems you’re both gonna have to sacrifice something to help the other be satisfied.

The simple answer to this would be not to cheat, but that seems to be a request too far. Your gf's stance on cheating is perfectly understandable, the fact these “friends” see that as betrayal ignores the original betrayal the cheating would be. Sounds like she needed better friends anyway, people who won't organise an elaborate conspiracy to cover their shitty morals and behaviour.
I’m 33 and just learned in the last couple of years that the superficial reasons people date, fuck, etc in their teens and 20s have little to do with whether someone makes a good life partner. Financial status and potential is a huge and I really do mean huge deal in whether someone makes a good life partner. You’re not petty or a gold digger for recognizing this and acting on it. You’re saving yourself years/lifetime of frustration and misery

That’s it’s ok for you to have to go through the emotional and physical pain of terminating another pregnancy. I’m pro choice as hell and even worked in an abortion clinic for awhile and I have nothing but the lowest regard for somebody who has the money and resources to manage his reproduction.

You may want to ask what his priorities are and then why they aren’t his primary family first?
Does he think this situation is good for the relationship or his child?
Does he want a happy relationship with you? Does he feel guilty?
What does he think he’s teaching his brother? Is it that being irresponsible has no consequences.

OP's GF made a very bad choice of going to a private college, a state school would have saved her tons.
