I guess I would agree with you if this was intentional. I leave the house around 5AM, he around 8AM. Neither get home until 10pm. Communication for normal couples is difficult, for us it is a huge struggle. To say I blew him off I think is harsh, because we spent the entire day before together with acopious of rare time to mention logistics. I am not saying I am blameless in my listening skills, but to say I am solely at blame for not listening, and then also not confirming plans day of, is a overboard for me and especially for the norms of my relationship.
Anyway, Thank you for your response and time taken to read my post. It made me take more time to reflect on my communication skills.
