Therapy. It sounds like you're either insecure, or have retroactive jealousy. This is entirely a you problem she can't fix. This is something you can actively work on in therapy.

Doesn't sound like this guy you're dating has much of a spine. If someone is 28 and their siblings and friends are still directing their life they may just be a lost cause.
