Someone doing something like this LACKS emotional regulation,a sign that something is wrong with them that needs to be treated for them to be functional adults who can take care of themselves. Once your brain reaches the age of full development, you’re no longer young or immature and may out grow it. You won’t. Mental healthcare is going to be required to fix the issue.
