Do you have a mental health diagnosis or childhood trauma perhaps? You sound codependent, which can lead us to being controlling of others and ourselves. That is not nice for a partner (not judging, as I recognise some of these traits in myself so I'm speaking from experience). But childhood trauma or ACES can lead us to have a really unhealthy relationship with ourselves and with others.
Ultimately you will need to accept his decision. You will blame yourself. But the self blame is not helpful – reflection and seeking help to grow and change is. Are you willing to do that?

She wants to spice things up. If this is the problem, look for toys to add to the bedroom (a swing, vibrators, dildos, edible massage oil). Not sure what you guys are into but there’s tons of stuff out there that you can experiment with.
She wants more attention/ for men to marvel at her. A solution for this would get to buy her lingerie or have her wear something sexy and then make sure you go crazy about how hot and amazing she is. Girls can never get enough compliments, and spicy bedroom comments are super fun and confidence building.
She already has someone in mind. Some people suggested this, but for your sake, I hope it’s not true. You could ask if she has someone in mind to find out. Hopefully she says “a stranger we wouldn’t see again” or something, then you can knock out this possibility. If she does have someone particular in mind, that’s a red flag.
