Update: Boyfriend (23m) acted like a whole another person while on vacation. He very controlling, jealous and was upset when I (23f) wasn’t doing what he wanted.

I’m back with a quick update, since I had a few people who asked for it.

Well, I have good news. I just broke up with my boyfriend. I just told him that I didn’t appreciate his behaviour during the vacation. I told him that we weren’t a good match, too different.

He apologised and tried to make me stay. Obviously, that didn’t work, because I’m sure he wasn’t completely honest and it was some type of manipulative tactics. I’m just glad that I can put that experience behind me. I’m feeling better now, honestly.
