It’s not going to be okay no matter what. OP has all the rights to feel the way he does. He has all the rights to divorce her tbh. I really feel for her it’s gonna suck. Dealing with her trauma, the baby and a divorce but she’s leaving him with no choice. He can’t love or care for that child. All children deserve to be loved by their parents. He’s not willing to do that for this child. So he should leave her be. Coparent with his kids and call it a day.

I don’t think it’s fair to assume that about the husband either. I work in a career where if I don’t give 100% every single day, lives are in danger. My ex wife refused to work and stayed at home and didn’t maintain our home well at all. It was awful. Expecting your stay at home partner to maintain the home while you work hot every day to support both of you is not at all unreasonable.
If mental health is a concern, seek help for that.
