You have to go! If he goes and you don’t go that isn’t fair at all just because he wanted the break. Maybe give him a heads up and you guys don’t have to like talk at the party but just because he wanted a break doesn’t mean you don’t get to have fun? Like tf?
You don’t want to spend your money but you want your brother-in-law to spend his? That is so wrong and selfish. How can you even admit that? Maybe he doesn’t want to pay to have you tag along. Ask him next time, not your sister. You might not have such a good time if he resents you being a freeloader.
This, exactly… He can't kick her family out, but a conversation about how to find a middle ground, or give him time off seems like a sensible approach… (and her respecting how stressful this kind of situation could be..)
Yeah , sorry but your advice is pretty terrible . It's like going to the kid being bullied and being like ” hey , you arent what these other kids are saying , so the complete humiliation and everything else you face every day shouldnt matter to you”…
I guess I want to know why it’s bad that she was emotional about it? She’s 29 unmarried probably not even close to it and she sees her ex moving on. I mean I don’t understand why it’s bad to be emotional about it.

Please my guy don’t be that desperate work on yourself instead
Yes you should be worried and you shouldn't be in a relationship with him. Uncontrolled anger is a huge red flag

You mean, your “ex-boyfriend?”
