You played down the whole “we hang out once a week” like it was no big deal. From day 1 I hung out with my future wife daily, and we did couple stuff and we went out with friends together.
He’s basically been single, and once a week you guys spent time together. He might just be happy he can go out and be free to find a partner that will be with him way more.

You could get some air filtration devices. Honestly in my experience, if cannabis is something that isn't a shared activity with a couple, it usually becomes something that causes a divide between people. That's why I would be extremely hesitant to ever date a non cannabis smoker again.
This sounds like classic trickle truth. You may never know how far it really went. In this case I think it's probably because she has guessed how you would react and doesn't want to break up over it.
