My advice would be not to do it.
I’ve only ever been in monogamous relationships, and obviously don’t know your girlfriend, so I will admit maybe I’m lacking a bit of perspective here but I can’t see an outcome where you’re both happy.
She is probably only okay with it because she loves you and feels like you deserve to have your sexual needs met knowing she is unable to.
But she also deserves someone who is willing to stand by her through her decline.
I say this knowing that I too would put the offer out there because I am a bit of a people pleaser and want for the people I love to be happy. But I would be absolutely devastated if it came to fruition.
You could try to set a boundary of no talking about relationships. But why do you feel like she’s worth it? What does she bring to your friendship, is she someone you go to with your problems?
