I fully understand i feel like its more the 3 day time span i could understand a like 2 weeks or smth but 3 days is crazy imo

Simple cause he’s an asshole. Look you aren’t going to change him. He hasn’t stopped even after you’ve asked him to. That indicates he doesn’t respect you or cares about your personal boundaries. Staying instead of leaving just tells him he can keep treating you like that.
If this were your mom or your bestfriend being treated like this would you still want them to be in that relationship?
He doesn’t have an appropriate relationship with this girl. His ex’s were never jealous (or at least their jealousy was founded on reason) they recognised that he makes his girlfriends be second in line to her.
You just have to talk to him and let him know this is not ok. It’s one thing for her to call his help if she’s been in a car accident, that’s fine, another if he’s interrupting your dates because somebody was mean to her at work and she’s sad.
Be prepared though, their lives are so enmeshed that I guess you know you’ll probably come out worse but that’s the problem here, he constantly treats all his gfs as second place, there’s nothing but him that can change that.
Like you were told before, never stoop to the same level as someone else for the sake of revenge, especially revenge cheating. Now for the rest of your life you will have to walk around knowing you're also a cheater and the mental gymnastics behind your reason won't change that.
Not only that, imagine you meet someone new and they inquire about your past, you now have to deal with reality that unless you plan to lie, your history may disqualify you from future relationships since you may be deemed untrustworthy. After all if you can so easily revenge cheat out of anger, what's stopping you from doing it for other miscellaneous reasons?
