I wouldn’t call you inherently crazy being that this is holistically a common insecurity. But like anything else, an insecurity is what it is; an insecurity. If it’s unwarranted, it shows a lack of trust.
What’s unique here is that you are in general fine with this, but get insecure with certain triggers. That’s the problem here. Night time doesn’t inherently change anything. You also need to keep in mind that this is when most people will be together when people have your standard 9-5 jobs.
You should also put your relationships with your exes into perspective. Do you ever think about cheating? Does being with them at night make you think about cheating more? I’ll have to logically assume that’s not the case. If so, you need to apply that to him as well.
Then there’s the biggest misconception that many people push; “I’m not worried about [my partner]. I’m worried about [the other person].” It’s simply a lie we tell ourselves. So what if she wants him or even makes a move? If she does, you need to trust that he has the agency to stop it (and then subsequently end the friendship). Again think about you. If an ex made a move on you, would you just hook up with him? No. You’d say no and that would be that.
It’s fine to talk to him about how you feel. But you need to be logical about things. If all is legitimately good, don’t create a problem. If, however, red flags are glaring in front of your face, don’t ignore them either. Good luck.

This is honestly the best thing you can do. Bullies enjoy and thrive off of control. OP is basically letting her know at nearly every instance that she has complete control over him. Fuck her. Just don’t engage. Don’t stare at her across the table. Don’t air your personal issues with her in front of everyone. Just don’t bother with her. That’s your choice. If you can’t handle being around her then don’t be in those situations with her.
