Please know that everyone is allowed to have their own dealbreakers in a relationship and this is as good as any. Also, when you have the talk with her, you do not owe her any explanation. Just saying ‘No, I don’t want to’ is good enough. She may then try to be petty and throw the money at you or claim that you are breaking up over the money that she has borrowed, but it’s best not to engage with her on any discussion. She may try to guilt trip you and/or minimize all that she’s doing.
I think the $1100 is the price you may have to pay to get her out of your life And I think that’s a bargain.
