There are way worse things you could have called her in a moment of rage, forgive yourself.
The fact is, you're both hurt right now. Her for being compared to her manipulative mother and you for being blindsided by the no kids thing.
The adult thing to do is for both of you to sit down and forgive each other for hurt feelings and discuss what the future looks like now that you have 5 years together and aren't in a honeymoon phase anymore.
If you can't agree on what you want for the future, it's better to know now than after a wedding.
Here's a thought. Tell them you want to celebrate your graduation a week before? Whenever you choose, make it before the wedding.

Take a break from dating and get back to being your number one fan. I read this and basically detect you are neg about yourself. That alone is a turn off.
Based on what I have seen, looks are not an impediment to having a relationship. World is full of less than conventionally attractive people who pair up and marry and have less than conventionally attractive children who will also grow up, pair up and marry. Therefore it is not looks that will prevent you from having a relationship with anyone. It may prevent you from having one with someone you view as beautiful who may also be pretty shallow or have a limited attraction palette.
