You’ll have a lucky escape. Sounds to me that she has raging trust issues, and the fact she took a swing at you shows that she’s a narcissist and her mask is beginning to slip. Run. Just fucking run.
The others are not coworkers but one of them knows her. I sure pointed out to him no matter how he explained it he lied to me by omission multiple times by never saying she was there as she was there for hours before I even knew. I personally accepted his apology as the conversation seemed genuine. I’m still upset it even happened in the first place but made it even more clear to him that was his only chance he got because if he broke my boundary and/or my trust again I would not be around anymore. I’m very open and understanding as long as the intentions seem genuine so I’m frustrated that he thought the correct plan of action was to wait to even tell me.
It's quite a privilege to have just decided you've changed and have that mean you're entitled to no longer face the natural consequences of your past actions. Must be why so many men “have changed” so quickly. (Spoiler alert: they almost never actually have.)
We gas each other up in front of everyone. I share awesome things he does, he shares awesome things I do, we hold hands/sit touching in some way.
If she makes a rude comment MAKE it awkward. Let there be a silence after and let her rude comment hang out there then change the subject. If she says something flirty to your bf both of you should try every chance to redirect it to your relationship.
Your bf can also answer questions or comments she may make by answering to the entire group. For instance if he says like “I like pizza” and the girl says “omg I love pizza that's so awesome” then he can continue engaging the topic but not actually address her, but talk to the group as a whole. That way she's not being totally ignored but she's also not being the center of attention.
I assure you it is still cheating
Run.

Sounds very weird to be giving you all their numbers and having you communicate with them. Sounds pretty fishy to me.

Things my husband and I do to stake our claim:
