I can see your point, and I hope OP and his wife can clear and lock down these photos however they want. But I'd also imagine that might be tough. They weren't sneaky photos, hidden cameras, etc. He said “want to get hot for the camera?” and she said “yes!” and she got hard and let him take pictures.
While the situation sucks, I'm not sure what they can do legally, as it could be a case of everything technically being legal, and just a case of him making her change her mind after the fact.
