So, this story doesn't make a lot of sense. This update leads me to believe this is fake karma farming.
But for the sake of it, let's give you the benefit of the doubt – I don't think your relationship is going to survive.
Not necessarily just because of what happened, but because of how you feel right now. Your trust is basically gone, you're doubting everything and it seems like the more you push the more lies you uncover. This is the kinds of stuff that builds up over time in your mind and eats away at you. Trust is incredibly hot to recover.

Until she comes out strong like that people aren’t going to believe her. It’s fucked up, it’s not her fault, but she needs to stand strong and not let the jokes or comments slide. Maybe try to find photos of when you guys were young together to show people to really get it through your brain, like carry a photo in your wallet of when you were like 1 and she was 4.
