Stop trying to get them to forgive you. Every time you attempt it, all it does is reopen that wound for the parents. Continuing to try and garner their forgiveness is beyond selfish. As for how do you move on? Continue with therapy, and I would suggest trying to do something positive with your time. Volunteer somewhere, help others in any way you can. Some cheating is obvious – like a lengthy affair, others is more subjective. In this sort of case, it's up to you what you think.
Personally I wouldn't count it as cheating. She was blackout drunk and legally wouldn't be able to consent to this. It was only a kiss and she felt mortified and hasnt drunk since. It's not like she kept it hidden from her ex either.

It IS pretty gross to be feeling like this about an ex's teenage sister. You obviously can't act on this. Even if she wasn't your ex's kid sister she's way too young for you. Maybe try to distance yourself a bit and encourage this girl to go find guys her own age to date.
