How did he find out he was sterile? It’s not a standard test for males. Unless he had a physical trauma to the area (or has a genetic disorder that makes him sterile) what led him to have his doctor test for it? most men won’t know they are sterile unless they request the test, usually for fertility issues….. he may be lying to avoid having kids.
