worst fanfic ever.
. I put it on 99:9 minutes and I left and went back to my desk and did more work
so. you expect me to believe. you took, what I assume is just cold soup, not frozen. and put it in for the maximum amount of time possible.
you set your soup for 99 minutes, then left. to do do more work, instead of waiting the probably 40 seconds it would actually take for the soup to be boiling hot.
After about more than 10 minutes passed
it took ten entire minutes. for a bowl of soup to become dangerously overheated in a microwave. unless it was world's weakest microwave set to the lowest setting possibly I doubt that. takes about 3 minutes for a bowl of soup to start boiling over the edges. I'd give another 3 for it to start vaporising and getting in the circuitry. causing issues.
my supervisor tells all of us out loud “guys, stop what you are doing for right now, there could be a possible fire!”
ah yes. your supervisor, the one who is in charge of OCH didn't pull the fire alarm, or follow fire safety procedures and just called out “guys there's possibly a fire stop what you are doing” he gave no other instruction, didn't evacuate anyone, just there is a possible fire.

so your boss whom again is supposed to be in charge of fire safety, took three people towards the potential fire. ah yes, procedures.
The boss asked who left their soup in the microwave on 99:9,
so the broken down. unpowered. ruined microwave that is definitely not safe to turn back on, magically told him what you set the soup to (something that microwaves don't actually have a function for) and then interogated everyone at once.

So I’ll just add that if you’ve totally fallen for/soulmates with someone who is only giving you a small part of themselves, that’s an issue right? She’s someone else’s soulmate, primarily, and that’s where her energies are going. So there’s still an issue to look at there. Why are you so happy with so little of someone? Aren’t you worth the whole attention of a whole person or something? I’d look into that part with a therapist. Good luck!
