You knowing that has no bearing on his addiction. JanetInSpain is right, no addict will quit until they are ready and interventions don't jump start the being ready process.
Might as well you break up with your fiance now rather than to go thru expensive divorse later. Open your eyes, this relationship will not end well. There is not much love between you, you both think you're in love but the truth is his love for you changed when he slept with the other woman, now it is just atoning. Your love for him has changed when you found he cheated, hence you slept with your coworker.
Break up.
I’m confused, he literally said he wants to have a baby with me recently and he spends every minute with me because he wants to.he tells me he loves me all the time
You’re not crazy for feeling this way. I think your vision of what the future with him as a parent would be is probably accurate. It’s not even about if he views pets/dogs differently than you do- this is clearly important to you and he….doesn’t care? If he doesn’t care about the dogs health on his own (red flag to me but whatever) he also doesn’t care about the dogs health as something that’s important to you? Your partner should care about the things that matter to you- if only because they matter to you, let alone that this dog is a living creature you both decided to take responsibility for and he seems fine to just let you do the work. This is definitely a red flag. You’re getting a glimpse at how he views roles and responsibilities. What else around the house does he just let you handle because ‘you’re better at it’ or ‘you care more’? I’m guessing how clean the house is, birthday presents or cards for family and friends, date night plans, etc. I might be wrong and I sure hope I am but – trust your gut.
That makes a lot more sense and I apologise for my bad assumption.
My comment though was from his pov and it's one of those things – mentioning divorce – that is up there with ultimatums. I know if I ever received one my mind would instantly go to “well we are gonna get a divorce then”. I've rarely ever seen them work and often have seen that the unintended side effect of making the person receiving the ultimatum “double down” on their behaviours.
It's akin to a switch being flipped and if he is already in a stressful work situation, this may have pushed him over the edge.
So when she was 19 and had been with one (2) guys ?
I think I would suggest you try to let this go – assuming the last 6 years have been drama/suspicion free.
You are still young.
Is this really the person you want to be with.

Do you, though? Your whole post here is about how he doesn't respect you, you have a hot time communicating your feelings to him, he completely ignored something you said was important to you, he literally risked your life by driving drunk on the motorcycle, and he was rude to you. How is that a good couple? Good couples support each other, communicate with each other, respect each other, and try to make each other happy. He is doing the exact opposite of that.
Closed mouths don’t get fed. Stand up for yourself. You should be your biggest advocate. Who else supposed to be?
