This is normal politeness and hygiene to change the sheets after someone uses the bed. Do you think hotels shouldn't change the sheets between guests if no one shits the bed?
The cuddles with siblings isn’t that weird to me. My two sisters and I are all in our 20s and whenever we’re all back at home we do a cuddle puddle which is just us half cuddle/half dog pile on the couch. It’s something we did as kids and it stuck.
The sharing of the bed with all three of you is a bit odd. There’s no way I’d let my sisters sleep in the same bed with me and my girlfriend. Wouldn’t feel comfortable having her in the bed I share with my girlfriend.
Just talk to your partner and let her know that all three of you sharing a bed is something you’re not comfortable with.
To be fair, they just kissed. They weren't exclusive, she didn't know how deep his feelings for her were. For all she knew, they were just having fun and he would do the exact same thing if a girl approached him in that moment. She realised she upset him and deeply apologized. There's really no need to be petty or mean.

Your husband checked out of your marriage a long time. Wanting a baby and actually caring for for the child is big responsibility. I think it’s time you start thinking about a divorce lawyer and get your affairs together. He’s only going to get worse.
Your husband is abusive. You need to start talking to trusted friends and family who will support you, and start coming up with an exit plan. If you don’t have friends and family who will help you leave, look into women’s shelters who can walk you through the process. You’re doing all the right things as a mother and he’s demeaning and belittling you every step of the way, and soon your child will be old enough to see it and will start to recognize it as normal, and will ultimately seek out similar relationship dynamics when he is older. If you wouldn’t want that for him, I know you know it’s not right for you either.
