Op, that may sound controversial but why don’t you just let her go and see what happens? I mean, there’s several scenarios. First, you may get all hyped, get a lawyer, go to therapy, put a pressure on her, involve her mother, whatever else, and she’ll always be thinking “he denied me a 2 weeks trip. That small thing I asked for and he threw all this on me because of 2 weeks trip”. Second, you let her go and 2 weeks are enough for her to put some thoughts together , re-evaluate what she has , refresh a bit and come back willing to cooperate. Maybe some questions will pop, or decisions made, but that’s marriage, you have to do that sometimes. Third, you let her go and she doesn’t come back in say 1 month. Which means, she is willing to uproot her life entirely, which means, she got fed up with her life really bad. Then you gotta hype up and get a lawyer / custody. I assume she’s seeing everything in a grey color now, and paints that constant travelling very bright. But in reality I think she just needs to change the walls to re-evaluate her life with you and daughter.
