My only real question is have you tried to get to know her or have you only demanded he doesn’t have her as a friend? While I can understand you being upset and your husband sounds like he’s being dumb about the whole thing, it also sounds like nothing has happened at all and that she’s not showing any affection toward him. If you got to know her better she may become a friend and you may better understand the whole situation.
And as far as gaming I always build houses with the same few people because we know how to work together. I’m not sure that means anything lol.
While I think therapy is needed, I think some dumb and irrational decisions are also happening from both parties here that may be making a mountain from a molehill.

So tell her that you are worried, that she needs to not be around him. That you can’t make her not be there, but you can end the relationship if she fails to put her own safety as a priority.
And then if she doesn’t stop being there you end the relationship.
