Yes, I agree I need to move out and away in order to get over it, however, it really isn't possible. What is really hurting though is that he isn't grieving the relationship. It is very one sided, all of the pain from this break up is coming from me – something he said himself. He realises that he's hurting me and breaking my heart, however he doesn't feel sorry, he feels guilty about it. We’re on a 3 hour time difference at the moment, although it’s not much of a time difference texting does seem easier but I’m sure I can make some time for calls to make it a little more enjoyable for him. There are more than a few issues here. He obviously knows how his family is (is his name really Aryun?!!?) and was trying to avoid them. Despite being 24 and being together for 4 years this sounds like it was written by a 14 year old in their first 2 month relationship. There’s a very emotionally immature tone to all of this and if that represents the maturity of the relationship it feels like dealing with complicated and hurtful issues like peoples reactions to interracial relationships is going to continue to be a sore point.
