At this point you need to decide who is actually important to you. Your friendship or your marriage. You need to properly prioritize. I am not saying your friendship has to end, but allowing your husband to totally set the boundaries of it at this point seems intelligent. You obviously failed to show him any real respect and set them yourself.

Your boyfriend is an animal abuser and I honestly can't understand how/why you're still letting him around your poor cat. Well, I would advise you actually talk to him and ask what his reasoning is with this aspect of the prenup. If he's not seemingly considering the loss to your income potential he needs to explain why at the VERY least before you should even consider signing anything. I would stress how much you're losing by agreeing to this prenup as a part of the conversation.

If you’re not ready to have a baby then you should probably stop fucking her raw. She’s already had 3 pregnancies (that unfortunately failed) by the age of 20. You’re both old enough to know what happens when you have unprotected sex so the fact that you’ve let this happen 3 times just shows neither of you are mature enough to get married and have a family.
You are being extremely wise about waiting 5 years to establish a secure life together before adding a life to it. I don't really see a compromise here though because it would be bad for you to be forced to have a kid before you're ready. It would be bad for the child also.
I mean when she's sober she recognizes the problem but she's not actually doing anything about it. Whoever is going out with her isn't bothering to stop it either so it's gonna be what it's going to be. I think she probably is a borderline alcoholic so until she can face that, nothing will change.
