If a person doesn't care about your mental health you need to leave them. If a person doesn't trust you for literally no reason, that's not going to suddenly get better. Might be time to chalk this one up to “first love” status and move on and find someone who supports you. Only you can know that for sure, but telling someone your mental health is bad and them not caring is a gigantic red flag.
