It’s also worth looking into whether you’re a co-owner (50/50) or secondary. If you’re secondary/minority it’s possible non payment would only affect his credit. I would call the timeshares company without his knowledge and discuss your options and the implications of your actual contract. He also can’t keep you from using this vacation time. However moving forward, it’s good to know that timeshares are generally a scam much more expensive overtime than just going on random vacation.

My partner is incredibly sweet and loving, however when things in her life don’t go her way, I tend to end up being the lunching bag for it. She dumps me frequently, calls me names, tells me she regrets meeting me, and pressures me into comforting her.

She is not “incredibly sweet and loving” if she routinely treats you like shiate. The next time she dumps you, tell her it’s over.
