Ask your therapist for suggestions on how to end a relationship when the other person is threatening suicide. Should you do it in a session with your therapist? Just call emergency services when she threatens it? Do it some place in public? Be prepared to move asap?
I'll take your post at face value. A lot of people have trouble with their partners hanging out with their single friends, especially if they don't like said friends. However, you should be able to do things with whom you want to. Maybe less asking for permission and just schedule things and do them. Lunches, dinners, spas, etc. I'd also suggest trying to find some married friends and try some couples dinners, etc.
No therap, that marriage is dead and op needs to walk away now. Don't put up with abuse and humiliation.
