I made it thru you being intimidated and guilted for absolutely no reason. I don’t understand what she does for money or in life if she doesn’t go to school or work? Despite her reasons, anxious attachment or not, she is using that as justification for toxic treatment of you, especially since she introduced you to it and is using it as a way to make you walk on eggshells instead of self improvement. You deserve better man.

This is really very hot to say, because I like to stay positive, but I don't know what you expected coming on here. You said you messed up, and then as soon as anyone validates that, you blow up.
You refuse to take any responsibility for the way you've treated him. It's not her fault that she's pretty and it's not her fault that you're not. It's not her fault that she's Chinese, and there's nothing wrong with that either.
I was gonna be nice until I read the unnecessary racist remark. But you've said you're not pretty, you're controlling and jealous, and you make racist comments when you're upset. I feel horrible writing this, but there's no way around it. Think about all of that in combination. It doesn't make you sound like a catch.
I'm sure there's loads of potential in you. Spend some time getting therapy, finding your true passions, getting really good at a skill, getting fit. Find lots of reasons to love yourself, and then start to find someone new.
She didn't find the guy because “she fell out of love with you.” She fell out of love with you because she found another guy.
I'm sorry man, this is just a plain old affair and she just broke up with you to chase a fantasy. It sucks. But it is what it is… be thankful you found out at 23 and can just move on.
