I had a similar thing with my ex, where she would get mad / angry at me having a close friend. The context is a bit different to yours, but it really did bother her and it kept cropping up in conversation.
At the end of the day, if you truly know in yourself that there’s nothing going on between you and your friends, then it’s down to how much she trusts you. I’m guessing there’s something driving her fears, whether that is trauma, or general feeling she might get (potentially even threatened)?
Once I had a honest sit down conversation, and spoke honestly about it with my ex, it helped ease her mind a lot. It didn’t entirely go away, but if the trust is still not there (which is the underlying issue to jealousy imo), then I think you need to re-evaluate the relationship.
But do not jump the gun on this, have the conversation about this and whether she trusts you entirely. There should be understanding on both sides, so be patient when talking about it and give it time to see if her behaviour / mindset changes
