It’s so bad on all of the dating sites. I’m married now so thankfully that’s over, but it’s the same shit every time. Cute girl chats you up, you get to the point where you’re making a plan to meet up and then they spring it on you that they basically just want to use you for a one night stand with a person you didn’t even know existed. Like I get that poly people exist and have every right to use dating apps too, but they tend to put that in their bios and aren’t outright trying to trick queer women into a 3some. I did actually cry, and it was pretty bad, and it was for the exact same reasons mentioned here. I had no desire to be with the ex at the time, and I still don’t. It just made me very upset to see that it really WAS “me” and not “him”.
