Some people feel bad when you get them a gift, but they didn't get you anything. But since you're spending Christmas with his family, I imagine the gifts from them will be addressed from his whole family, so I don't think that's a problem. I think it is a kind gesture to give the step sister a gift, as long as it's not something super expensive. Maybe he didn't get her a gift and feels like you're out-doing him?

I’ll definitely suggest this but given that the sound of my dog walking on tile in the other room distracts him so much he loses his erection, I doubt he’ll be able to keep it with something vibrating against him
