Ah, ok, then this is a very real problem, I hear you. Positives are, she's being forthcoming with you about how she's feeling, and is being honest. What I am hearing is you married a bisexual woman, and she is feeling the need to explaor that bisexuality, which some people don't really truly come ot terms with until later on in their lives, unfortunately for you both. I understand your discomfort with this. Will she be able to accept not being able to sleep with a woman? Can you accept that she's bisexual, and wants to sleep with a woman, yet cannot? In my experience, this does not work, as it will build resentment.

Ha! I haveseveral stashes of old journals! I intend to gather them all up and have them shredded. I can’t write in them anymore and I don’t want them laying around after I’m gone. It’s fun to see where I chronicled good times with friends, but the endless navel-gazing and reading the same tired loops of pointless nattering about money, work, relationships etc. going on the very same, year after year, just… no. Don’t feel sorry for me!
Yes, we may have to hire a person to come help with cleaning. It just we already hired a pool guy, lawn moving, pest control, which i think are worth it (specially pool guy and lawnmower). I thought we could handle the inside chores since its only 2 adults, and save that money, but i didnt know it was supposed to be only me. Plus i was not thrilled about having someone move stuff around inside the house. I had cleaning service some years ago and they move stuff around they put things in wrong drawers. They hide stuff in random places, and it drives me nuts when i cant find my stuff, One lady broke the bathroom tile cleaning it , so thats why i was not thrilled about this, but oh well it might be a necessary evil.
You are not crazy and you are not selfish. Sleep deprivation is a method of torture, did you know that? Does he? Obviously it's not to that level here, but it's a serious problem and he needs to stop.
He is not there and can't “make” you do anything. If you need an early night, text him to let him know and then turn your phone to Do Not Disturb. Same with if you need to get off the phone after ten minutes, say “it's been great catching up with you, but I need to go now” AND HANG UP. Silence your phone if you need to. If he can't respect reasonable boundaries that you've communicated respectfully, well, there are plenty of guys out there who will.

Your girlfriend needs serious help if she is willing to off herself on a whim like that. Is she in therapy or on any medication? I almost think she needs to be taken to a mental hospital tbh.
