It sounds like the ideal thing for her would be to live! in one of those semi-assisted living communities where people with conditions like autism and mental health issues can live! mostly independently in their own little flat, with a care worker checking in regularly and helping them with stuff like paying bills on time. Idk if this is something that's available where you online but it could be worth looking into.
