If you really thought that was true, she wouldn’t be the one exception to you being OK with him having female friends.
And if they are such close “siblings” it is impossible that you would have only met her 3 years into your relationship. I think you’re lying to yourself here. Something is not right with their relationship (and with him, generally…)
“What do I do now that I know my BF is racist?” You leave him, babygirl. That's what you do.
First of all, people who are racist also tend to be AHs in other areas of their lives. They are more likely to misogynistic, homophobic, classist, etc, or otherwise mean spirited. If he's willing to write off an entire segment of the population just because of their skin color, he's not going to act much more logically in his personal relationships either.
Second this guy has already proven to you he is mean spirited. When you let him know it made you uncomfortable the way he talked about black people, he purposefully used that against you in order to make you uncomfortable by bringing it up in a passive aggressive way.
You are NOT being too sensitive about this! But you are very unlikely to be able to educate him, and it is not worth your mental health and your wellbeing to waste the time trying.
The only thing worse then being left on read is being sent. “Ok” after she tried that stunt that will let her know you read, digested and don’t give af about her anymore
Lol i literally didn't even know it was woman's day until a kid in my class pointed it out to me.
I was like oh… cool thanks.
Bt maybe i shldve gone and calles my husband up and demanded he wished me and obviously i deserve some presents too!
No for real OP she sounds like alooot of work. The kinda girl that has an anniversary for everything and expects gifts and gestures for things no one else would even consider.
Man this reminds me of a girl I dated in my 20s. I introduced her to someone as my girlfriend, she told me much later that she just thought “I guess I'm his girlfriend now,” and was happy about it. I really thought I had been clear about asking her out, but I guess I was just so nervous I didn't do it properly?
I don't really see how it's possible to go on for a whole year though. Especially what felt like a casual kiss after a full year.
Also who thinks acting that way is funny in the era of workplace and school shootings?! If I was a coworker watching him stand on his desk shouting and throwing things I would be looking for a place to hide. His job thinks he's a PSYCHO now. They will never hire back a liability.
Man, I’ve always been baffled that married couples cheat on each other and have affairs, but I really get it now. If I thought that just having an honest conversation about some normal sexual stuff was going to literally ruin my life, I wouldn’t say anything either.

I agree with this. It sounds like a mental break for whatever reason.
