Has she ever opened up much about her life in the church and with her old family? On her own, I wouldn't ask her about this too deeply, if anything just a brief comment that you'd be willing to listen if she even wants to talk about it.
Also, she probably needs a consistent therapist. Sounds like things are rather shaky with that end, so she hasnt been able to get the help she needs for her past.

Be honest with her about it. Also you have a child to think about now too. If she gets pregnant again, how if she going to treat your child? Is she going to scream at you in front of them?

If she tries to keep the relationship despite that, it does make it seem suspicious of her motives.
Trying to work around him by getting the photographers will not work. As long as he is free to move around, he will jump into every frame he gets the chance of. Short of physically restraining him, he’ll just be free to be as disruptively clownish as he wants.
