It doesn't sound like you're actually happy in your marriage given you say in other comments that your son is the best part of your marriage. You talk a lot about wishing you'd made different choices.
It sounds to me like you made some bad decisions, doubled down with more bad decisions, and now you're panicking because those decisions are coming home to roost and you don't know what that looks like. Maybe it's not actually a bad thing if you divorce. If you were happy, you probably wouldn't be here.
Sadly this all came out to me personally after I asked her to marry me. I was secretly feeling disgusted but felt evil for judging her. I just feel so confused
Hey you seem to have some not so great assumptions about men and “females.” For one, don't refer to women as “females,” especially when you aren't saying “males,” it makes women feel dehumanized and uncomfortable.
Two, there is no such thing as “specializing in female bs.” Someone who is manipulative is manipulative regardless of gender or person, they analyze their target and choose their bs accordingly. Men can fall for the exact same bs as a woman can, and vice versa. OP's fiancé could probably easily convince a man that he's right to need to protect “his child” if he was a good enough talker. Telling her to only send the family's men his way because the women would be “easily convinced” is a sexist assumption. That doesn't make you outright sexist! It's just something to work on.
You seem like you're trying to be helpful, so this is not me trying to be confrontational or mean but to correct the way you speak about women so that you can be a better advocate in the future 🙂
What you should do is report the theft to the police. He stole your money from your bank account. That is a serious problem.

You already know you can’t see her anymore. 1) you don’t want to be a dad, buy your own condoms. 2) don’t flush them or leave them in her trash. Wrap them and put them in a bag and take it to your trash. It is wild how many men leave birth control all on the woman and then panic. Take responsibility. Also every time you have sex there the possibility that pregnancy can occur even if protection is used.
my thing is though, what if he didnt do anything? a lot of this is specualtion that could be ended with a quick blood panel
