I hate to say this, but it sounds like this is one of those situations where you ignored your gut telling you something about your husband when you initially met him, hoped he would change, and now you're disappointed. (We all do it, it's not just you.)
You can keep letting this make you mad, that's certainly an option. Or, if you haven't already, you could also try telling him how his refusal of the food you offer him makes you feel, and ask him whether he intends to make you feel rejected when he does that, and talk about that. You could also just make up your mind to accept him for what he is, and make the choice to let this go as a personal quirk and something you don't love about him, but are willing to tolerate.
It's not cool to overlook behavior that's genuinely intended to be hurtful. But if he just chooses to eat like a 4-year-old and is genuinely uninterested in trying new things, but isn't doing it to hurt you, that is something that you are allowed to just accept and tolerate about him. There are always things that we don't absolutely love about our partners; it's not realistic to expect somebody to be literally perfect. I'm not saying this to be dismissive, but if this is your big complaint about him… it doesn't really amount to much.
Is there any chance that this behavior of his bothers you because you're worried about how other people will think if he refuses food at a social event, etc.?

He told me beforehand he was staying at the Fairmont. Which is the resort and I was just sitting thinking about the whole room separation thing and I decided to called to Hawaii to the hotel and asked them, so I talked to this reservations person and he explained to me all the type of rooms they had and the way the are arranged and ALL SUITES are single one king size bed. That’s it. I asked if they had separate rooms but in a suite and even asked for the villas and he denied and said that they only have 2 queen size beds at the villas but even same rooms.
But they stayed at the suite so yes. I’ll give more updates tomorrow. For tonight I have no much more to say about this other than he’s still blocked since the AM, and I asked my friends that had him to do the same from all social media and I blocked his phone too.
We also don’t live together but I have stuff of his and his apartment keys so I’ll be driving there now to get my stuff and leave his keys and clothes in there because he returns tomorrow (I don’t know what time) and I don’t want him to have an excuse to come to my house for his keys and things.
You cannot be serious with this nonsense op. Re/read everything you wrote. You are so far out of bounds with your behavior and not setting boundaries with Theresa. If you go on this hiking trip you might as well break up first, especially if you hide it. I cannot believe you think any of this is ok. Trust me, Sarah is feeling all of this and her intuition is telling her that you aren’t being a fully upstanding guy. Do better

Well, it was, thanks for your opinion anyway. As well as hot to read it was actually offensive, but the bad formatting and missing letters were the main problem. Thanks for going back and fixing it.
