oh 100%. a lot of our arguments have been because he doesn’t understand how he can come across as blunt and rude but he said it’s something he needs to work on and he’ll watch more podcasts on relationships so he can understand how to be more emotional… We’ve been dating for a little over 1 yr. He’s a really good guy and he means well, but he does lack a lot of empathy and emotion, sometimes I wonder if he genuinely loves me because of that (plus the comment on an animal teaching him how to feel love). But he treats me well, he’s patient, he’s always kissing and hugging me… idk, but now that i’m typing this out I realize it’s kind of an odd situation, i don’t know what to do….

Yeah. The first one was believable, the second one started making my BS radar ping, and this one is too over the top. If the OP hadn't gotten greedy and wanted a big, exciting reveal, and had instead left it at “yeah he hit on her a couple times and got shot down”, it would have been much easier to believe. But no, they had to make him a psycho stalker creep, breaking into multiple houses, and somehow expertly dodging all the security cameras the lady has.
