I have a few friends who are not really into “physical touch” and rare hugs with them feel really really weird, even though I've known them so well for 10+ years. The same applies for my family members as well, we're not really into that and hugging them feels freaking weird. Even though I love them very dearly.

Exactly I hear a TON of excuses in these comments why people aren’t healthy.
