It absolutely would NOT be wrong to give her that ultimatum. Ypu cannot be responsible for her help or recovery. You don't have the skills and she doesn't want to get helped. It's hot watching someone you care about self-destructe and that's what she is doing. You should give her the ultimatum of her either getting help/therapy/seeing her doctor or ending the relationship. She will try and guilt you but you have to stand firm because things will not get better on their own.
